Who is Forrest Finch?
In case you skipped the homepage or, for some reason, you want to know more about me, I don’t know what more there is to tell you. I could literally just copy and paste from the homepage. However, if you’ve taken the time to click on the “About Me” page, I suppose I can delve a little more into my past and hopes for the future.
Firstly, my real name isn’t Forrest Finch, shockingly enough. Still, it’s a brilliant alias, if I do say so myself, derived from my two favorite fictional characters. Gold star to you if you know from whom. Why use an alias? Firstly, with everyone on social media nowadays, anonymity is a sought-after relic, or at least it is to me. Secondly, who isn’t a fan of a good pseudonym or alias? Heck, they even created a whole TV show with that name. “Alias,” starring Jennifer Garner. I suppose “Pseudonym” was the second choice for a title. Lastly, to avoid getting too deep and meaningful, it’s akin to Peter Parker putting on the Spider-Man mask. It allows him to, well… I don’t want to say “be the real him,” but yes, or at least be the version of him he wishes to be without the mask. And who knows, like Spider-Man in issue #2 of Civil War, I too may eventually reveal my identity. But for now, the question remains:
